Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@thekitchendepot.store. Our customer support team will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards resolving it satisfactorily.

Exceptions to Returns Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please reach out to us.

Sale Items and Gift Cards Please note that we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges To ensure a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item. This is the fastest way to receive the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any specific justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
